About the Role

- Preparing and cooking high-quality meals in accordance with menu requirements
- Managing food preparation, production, and presentation
- Maintaining food safety and kitchen hygiene standards
- Supporting kitchen teams during peak service periods
- Working within aged care, healthcare, hospitality, and education environments
- Adhering to dietary, allergy, and texture-modified meal requirements where applicable
- Ensuring compliance with all workplace health and safety procedures

About You

- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or Cert IV in Commercial Cookery/Diploma in Hospitality Management)
- Minimum 4 years' post-apprenticeship experience in commercial kitchens
- Food Safety Certificate
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (required for aged care shifts)
- Current Working with Children Check (required for education and hospital shifts)
- National Police Check
- Two recent professional references




- Reliable transport and the ability to travel to various client locations
- Australian working rights (no sponsorship available)
