Samsung Electronics Australia seeks a Technical Specialist – Mobile Devices to join our onsite team in Sydney, NSW. You will resolve complex software, app and connectivity issues across phones, tablets, watches, Buds and Rings.

You will analyse customer error reports to identify root causes and deliver transparent, tailored solutions via the Samsung Members platform, while collaborating with Software R&D; and technical teams.
