Unisys Australia is seeking a Senior Field Engineer to install, diagnose, maintain and service end-user devices and peripherals at client sites. You will provide remote and in office Level 2 and Level 3 support for incidents and service requests that cannot be resolved at the Service Desk.

The role requires NV1 security clearance, strong communication, and a proactive focus on customer service. You will work with partner teams to support end-user productivity and ensure high customer satisfaction
