Substance Espresso is seeking a skilled Cafe Chef to join our Runaway Bay cafe. As an A la carte Brunch Chef, you will prepare and cook a variety of cafe-style dishes in a fast-paced workplace.

You will work across kitchen stations, maintain high standards, and adhere to food safety regulations while delivering timely meals. Weekend availability (Fri-Sun) with 20–24 hours weekly is expected, with potential for casual to part-time progression.
