South West Healthcare's Emergency Department seeks a dedicated Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM) to lead and oversee clinical standards and patient care in Warrnambool. The role includes stepping in as Nurse Unit Manager when needed and managing a skilled ED team in a energetic setting.

Applicants should have five+ years post-registration ED nursing experience, be ready to mentor others, and hold or be willing to pursue a postgraduate qualification in Critical Care or Clinical Leadership.
