Exclaim IT is seeking an experienced Organisational Change Manager to lead end-to-end OCM activities for IT transformation projects. You will develop change, communications, and training strategies and act as the sole change specialist for assigned workstreams across multiple initiatives.

Ideal candidates will have 7–10 years in IT change management within large enterprises, with solid stakeholder engagement skills and certifications such as PROSCI or CCMP.
