nbn® Australia is seeking an experienced Senior Field Change and Readiness Lead to steer integrated change programs for a distributed field workforce. You will translate enterprise change into practical readiness plans, communications and actions for technicians, depots and delivery partners.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Field Change & Readiness, the role combines portfolio-level change assurance with hands-on delivery across Field Services, regional teams and partners.
