CommBank is seeking a People Care Consultant to support employees through work and non-work related injury and illness by delivering tailored case management, early intervention and return to work strategies.

You will partner with leaders, rehabilitation providers and medical professionals to remove barriers to recovery, coordinate support plans and enable positive outcomes for employees and the business, while contributing to the evolution of the People Care function through process
