The Mercy Health Group is recruiting a Clinical Nurse Manager – Workforce & Operations at Werribee Mercy Hospital to lead workforce planning, rostering and ED operations during a major Emergency Department expansion. You will partner with the Nurse Unit Manager to ensure safe, efficient and responsive patient care.

You will bring extensive ED nursing experience, strong leadership, and a proven ability to manage staff deployment and service delivery in a high-demand workplace.
