Fit Kidz Vineyard in NSW is seeking an Early Childhood Lead Educator to oversee high-quality education and care, embed child safety, inclusion, and continuous improvement within your room and across the centre.

You will lead planning, implement and evaluate programs aligned with EYLF and NQS, mentor educators, build partnerships with families, maintain documentation, and ensure regulatory compliance while fostering sustainable, inclusive practices.
