Bolton Clarke Group is seeking a Maintenance Officer to deliver general maintenance and repairs of buildings, fixtures and fittings across our aged care residences on the Gold Coast. You will manage inspections, coordinate site contractors and ensure a safe, compliant workplace for residents and staff.
Ideal candidates have hands-on maintenance experience, at least 2 years in a similar role, contractor management skills, budget awareness, and a current driver’s licence.
