Beacon Legal is partnering with a leading financial services group to appoint a Senior Legal Counsel to its in-house team in Australia. This is ideal for a corporate/M&A; lawyer seeking high-quality transactional work within a large, acquisitive business.

You will own deals end-to-end, working with senior executives and boards across mergers, acquisitions and restructures, including SPAs and governance matters. Brisbane is preferred, with Sydney or Melbourne also considered.
