Downer on the Gold Coast is seeking an experienced Crew Leader to join the Water Division in Arundel. You will oversee planned and reactive maintenance of the water and sewerage network, plus minor replacements and extensions, ensuring reliable delivery of secure, high-quality water services.

Permanent role with EBA rates, Monday to Friday with a monthly RDO, plus ongoing training, mentoring and safety-focused culture. We welcome applicants with relevant licenses and Cert III qualifications.
