Premier Services Group (PSG) is growing, and we’re looking for a proactive Workforce Manager to lead recruitment, workforce planning and employee experience across our Fire Protection, HVAC, Electrical and corporate teams. This newly created role is designed to take the load off managers, reduce recruitment costs, and build strong talent pipelines that support our strategic growth.

You’ll be central for workforce resourcing across multiple states, attracting outstanding people and forecasting labour
