THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking Section Waiters, Bar Staff, and Baristas to join our diverse, inclusive, passionate, motivated and committed team.

SELECTION CRITERIA
The successful candidate(s) will have the following:
- A minimum of 3 years’ hospitality experience in a similar venue and in similar roles
- A hands-on approach
- A passion for all things food and beverage
- A willingness to go the extra mile to provide exceptional guest experiences
- A thirst to further develop knowledge and skills with our food and beverage program
- A friendly and outgoing, can-do attitude
- A keen eye for detail and a strong work ethic
- An excellent ability to plan, organise, and prioritise.
- The ability to take direction and also work autonomously
- Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays, as required
