Amigos Mexican Restaurant in Wollongong is seeking a Commis Chef/Cook to support the Head and Sous Chefs. You will assist in all sections, follow recipe cards, manage stock and maintain hygiene across the kitchen, while remaining versatile with hours and training responsibilities.

You will ensure correct goods reception, stock rotation, and report any security or equipment issues to the Head Chef or floor manager. A proactive team player is essential.
