Future Swim is a boutique indoor swim school offering baby and beginner learn-to-swim classes across Caringbah, Kirrawee and other Sydney locations. We’re looking for passionate instructors who can help children progress in their swimming journeys.

We offer pay up to AUD 45 per hour, no minimum hours, and a transparent pathway for experienced instructors seeking permanent roles. CPR, WWC and recognised teaching qualifications (AUSTSWIM or equivalent) are required.
