Arriva is seeking a hands-on Cleaner for our build-to-rent residential communities in NSW. You will work in office, maintain lobbies and resident amenities, and collaborate with Property Operations and Facilities teams to uphold high cleanliness standards while ensuring safety and compliance at all times.

The role focuses on routine cleaning, presentation, waste handling and daily rounds to ensure shared spaces are hygienic and ready for residents, visitors and staff.
