Westside Christian College in Ipswich is seeking an experienced Events Coordinator to help celebrate our 50th anniversary, including a Gala Evening in May 2027. This contract role is 3 days per week through to the end of 2027.

You will manage the end-to-end planning, coordinate suppliers and venues, invitations and guest lists, and support communications, social media, alumni and community engagement to bring the year’s activities to life.
