- Provide person‑centred personal care and daily‑living support
- Support secure manual handling, transfers and mobility
- Assist with medication and agreed care routines
- Support community access, appointments and participation
- Complete accurate progress notes and communicate with the care team

- Minimum two years' disability or complex‑care experience
- Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care,



Health Care or a related qualification
- Current First Aid and CPR
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or relevant state clearance
- Current manual‑handling and medication‑administration certification
- Driver licence, reliable transport and appropriate vehicle insurance where client transport is required
- Australian work rights

- ABI, TBI or behavioural‑support experience
- Bowel, catheter, PEG, epilepsy or other complex‑care experience
- Working With Children Check where required
- Experience working within a 24/7 home‑care team

Shift and availability: Regular day shifts and ongoing roster patterns may be available. Include the days, hours and travel radius you can commit to each week.

Indicative market pay: $40‑$45 per hour + super Based on live advertised rates reviewed September 2026. The actual rate will depend on the employer, award or agreement, employment type, duties, shift, penalties and overtime.
