Summit Aquatic and Recreation Centre is seeking an Assistant Venue Manager to lead a high-performing team across aquatic services, health club, café and creche. You will drive guest satisfaction, safety and day-to-day operations while delivering on KPIs and membership growth.

You will coach and inspire staff, foster community engagement and manage scheduling, with weekend availability and a focus on continuous improvement in a modern, inclusive setting.
