The Opportunity Are you a fire industry professional who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and being out in front of customers?

Join an established fire services organisation as an Account Manager, managing an existing portfolio of Sydney Metro customers while helping grow the business.

You'll be the person customers know they can call — coordinating service requirements, keeping projects moving, identifying opportunities and making sure customers receive a high level of service.

This is a varied, customer-facing role combining account management, service coordination, business development and project oversight.

What You'll Do

- Manage and develop an established customer portfolio.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with key customers.
- Meet customers regularly and understand their needs and upcoming requirements.
- Coordinate service works, inspections, upgrades and projects.
- Work closely with technicians, subcontractors and internal teams.
- Identify upselling, renewal and new business opportunities.
- Prepare quotations and tenders for additional works and contracts.




- Support customers with AFSS and compliance requirements.
- Conduct building inspections, quality checks and defect identification where required.
- Help ensure works meet contractual, regulatory and company requirements.

What We're Looking For We're open to candidates from Account Management, Customer Service, Service Coordination, Sales, Business Development, Project Management or technical fire backgrounds.

You'll bring:

- Fire industry experience
- Strong customer relationship and communication skills
- Commercial awareness and a proactive approach
- Experience coordinating service, projects or maintenance
- Confidence dealing with customers and key stakeholders
- Strong organisation and problem-solving skills
- A current driver's licence and White Card

A relevant trade, diploma or industry qualification will be highly regarded. FPAS/FSA and other fire industry certifications are advantageous, but not essential.
