Join South Western Sydney Local Health District Oral Health Services and play a key role in supporting the delivery of high-quality dental services to the community. This dynamic administrative position provides the opportunity to contribute across a broad range of functions including customer service, patient administration, financial reporting, correspondence management, payroll support, recruitment administration, purchasing, Medicare billing, and appointment coordination. Working within a collaborative and patient-focused environment, this role helps ensure the efficient operation of services while supporting positive outcomes for patients, staff, and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate is a highly organised and customer-focused professional with strong administrative and communication skills. Demonstrated experience managing competing priorities, coordinating correspondence, maintaining accurate records, and providing timely administrative support in a busy environment will be highly regarded. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, proficiency in office systems and data management, the ability to build effective working relationships, and a commitment to the NSW Health Code of Conduct, workplace safety, cultural respect, and the values of South Western Sydney Local Health District.
