1. Being female is recognised as a genuine occupation qualification and is authorised under section 31(2h) of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1977.
2. Proven administration/reception/telephone bookings/data entry experience in a high-volume customer health service setting. This includes demonstrated excellent communication, interpersonal skills and fast and accurate data entry skills with high level of attention to details.
3. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team and undertaking a variety of roles within the workplace to meet service requirements.
4. Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the issues affecting women from non-English speaking backgrounds.
5. Applicants must possess an Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1 or P2). Those who hold a C class license (P1 or P2 included) from a state other than NSW must obtain a NSW C class (P1 or P2 included) license within three months of appointment. Learner's licenses are not permitted.
