Your day-to-day will involve:

- Elite Client Portfolios: Delivering high-standard maintenance for iconic national retailers and major distribution centres.
- Major Infrastructure & Industry: Working on heavy-industry commercial construction, advanced manufacturing sites, and corporate infrastructure projects.
- Advanced Comms: Managing data installations, including Cat 6 and Cat 6A networks.
- On-the-Road Autonomy: Taking the reins of a fully stocked, up-to-date company vehicle as a self-sufficient operator, or teaming up for major project rollouts.
- Qualified Liaison: Acting as the face of TCM on-site,



communicating seamlessly with high-profile stakeholders and supervisors.
- Growth & Overtime: Staying flexible to tackle overtime when our high-priority projects demand it.

What You Bring to the Team Because we service premium clients, we need a premium trade professional. You will need:

- The Essentials: A valid SA Electrical Licence and an Open Cabler’s Licence (extra endorsements will put you at the top of the pile).
- The Paperwork: Current Driver’s Licence, Construction White Card, and valid Police & DCSI Clearances.
- The Presentation: Excellent communication, neat paperwork/admin habits, and a qualified, client-ready presentation.
- The Drive: Reliability, high standards of workmanship, and the ability to work cleanly whether solo on the road or collaborating in a team.
