Manager, Franchise Performance – Australia

About the Role

We’re looking for a Manager, Franchise Performance to coach and support a portfolio of franchisees,



driving a great guest experience and real growth in sales and profit. You’ll be the trusted advisor in the field — building strong relationships, sharpening operations, and helping franchisees hit their goals.

What You’ll Do

- Coach franchisees on operations, food safety and business performance
- Review P&L; and sales data, and guide franchisees to improve results
- Build strong, trusted relationships with franchisees and their teams
- Support new store openings, remodels, relocations and transfers
- Identify and develop future Multi-Unit Operators

What You’ll Bring

- 5 years’ restaurant leadership experience; above-restaurant experience a plus
- A Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business or Commerce
- Robust P&L; analysis and communication skills
- A hands-on, guest-first approach and the ability to influence others
- Willingness to travel across the territory
