We are seeking an experienced Automotive Business Manager (Finance & Insurance) who is confident operating in a high-volume dealership environment and consistently delivering strong KPI performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Presenting, quoting, and selling Finance & Insurance products including warranty
- Structuring and submitting finance applications to secure approvals efficiently
- Maintaining finance logs with accuracy and ensuring full compliance standards are met
- Receipting deposits and finalising vehicle settlements
- Working closely with the Group Business Manager and senior dealership leadership
- Supporting sales and delivery teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

What We Are Looking For
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience as an Automotive Business Manager (Finance & Insurance) (essential)
- Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed KPIs and monthly targets
- Strong knowledge of automotive finance, insurance products, and compliance requirements
- Exceptional communication and customer rapport-building skills
- Professional presentation and solid personal drive
- High-performance mindset suited to a flagship dealership environment
