Coffee Capp’ital is looking for energetic Casual Baristas / All-Rounders to join our team.
We’re a busy, premium café with a relaxed atmosphere, and we need someone who can make a great coffee, jump onto the floor, help with service and get stuck in wherever needed.
What you’ll be doing
- Making consistently great coffee
- Preparing iced drinks, smoothies & signature beverages
- Providing warm, energetic customer service
- Running food & drinks
- Clearing and resetting tables
- Keeping the coffee station and venue spotless
- Restocking and preparing for service
- Helping your teammates when things get busy
- Opening/closing duties
- Taking ownership instead of waiting to be told what to do

take feedback and work as part of a team.
Previous barista experience is strongly preferred, and you should be comfortable working in a busy workplace while maintaining coffee quality.
