We are seeking an experienced, passionate Senior Skin Therapist to join our close-knit team on a full-time basis.

Work–life balance that actually exists:

- Tuesday to Saturday roster
- Saturdays finish at 12.30pm
- Two-week closure over Christmas
- Four days closed over Easter

ABOUT YOU

You’re someone who genuinely loves skin, values education and wants to grow within a clinic that takes skin therapy seriously.



You are a natural leader who enjoys supporting others, setting high standards and creating an exceptional experience for both clients and team members.

You will ideally have

- Certificate IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in advanced skin treatments
- Strong knowledge of skin conditions, ingredients and treatment planning
- Confidence in consultations and client education
- Skilled presentation and excellent communication skills
- A warm, client-focused approach and strong attention to detail
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Previous leadership, mentoring or team management experience highly regarded

Experience with RF needling, HIFU or advanced modalities is highly regarded, but not essential — training is provided.

Clinical Responsibilities

- Perform advanced skin treatments and consultations
- Create personalised treatment plans for long-term skin results
- Build strong, trusting client relationships
- Deliver an exceptional client experience at every visit
- Maintain high treatment standards and accurate client records
