About the Role

We are looking for a motivated, dynamic Business Development Consultant to join our sales team in Perth, WA, on a permanent full time basis. You'll work alongside our Business Development Manager, Matias, who will bring you up to speed on the full scope of our Pre Purchase Building Inspection, Practical Completion Inspection, Construction Progress Inspection, Pest Control and Cleaning services, as well as training you on our CRM. Once up to speed, you'll take ownership of closing incoming call leads and pursuing online enquiries through to sale, working with a personable, consultative approach.

These are predominantly warm, inbound leads, and our current conversion rates run at 30-40%, among the strongest in the industry. This is a genuine sales role within a growing team, with real scope to grow our Pest Control and Cleaning services alongside our strong residential base.

As well as our strong residential base, we also work with commercial property owners, buyers and investors across Perth and the South West, giving you a genuine B2B growth lane alongside our residential pipeline. You would be joining a well established,



respected brand with a robust local reputation and a genuine pipeline of enquiries to work with.

The Ideal Candidate Will Possess

- A proven track record in sales, with 2+ years' experience in business development
- Strong ability to close leads and convert enquiries into clients while meeting KPIs
- A data driven approach to building and managing a network of relationships
- The ability to work autonomously and thrive on a challenge
- Self motivation and strong time management
- Excellent sales, solutions and negotiation skills
- Versatility to build rapport with people at all levels, from homeowners to commercial clients
- Commercially focused acumen
- Ability to contribute to sales and marketing strategy to maximise lead generation across our building inspection, pest control and cleaning services

Highly Desirable

- An understanding of, or previous experience in, building inspections, pest control or a related trade/property services industry would be advantageous
- No prior CRM experience required – full training will be provided
