SOPO Southport & Club Paradise, Surfers Paradise | Gold Coast

We are looking for friendly, energetic and customer-focused Food & Beverage and Gaming Attendants to join our team across SOPO Southport and Club Paradise in Surfers Paradise.

This is an excellent prospect for experienced hospitality and gaming professionals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and take pride in delivering outstanding service to members and guests.

About the Role

Depending on your experience and the needs of the venue, your responsibilities may include:

- Providing friendly and efficient service to members and guests.
- Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Taking orders and operating point-of-sale systems.
- Running meals, clearing tables and maintaining clean service areas.
- Providing attentive service across our gaming areas.
- Assisting patrons with gaming machines and general gaming enquiries.
- Processing gaming payouts and handling cash accurately.
- Monitoring the gaming floor and supporting responsible gambling practices.
- Assisting with promotions, functions, events and busy service periods.
- Following RSA, RSG, food safety and workplace health and safety requirements.
- Responding to customer enquiries and escalating concerns when required.
- Supporting the wider team to ensure smooth venue operations.





About You We are looking for applicants who have:
- Previous experience in food and beverage, gaming or club operations.
- A positive attitude and genuine passion for customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work efficiently in a busy hospitality environment.
- A professional and well-presented manner.
- Reliability, punctuality and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Availability to work a rotating roster, including nights, weekends and public holidays.
- A current Queensland RSA certificate.
- A current Queensland RSG certificate.

Experience within a club, gaming venue, bar, restaurant or functions environment will be highly regarded.
