Too many women in midlife spend years being told their symptoms are "just stress" or "it's normal." At Florē Women's Health, we're building a clinic that takes them seriously, and collaborates with them on developing a personalised care plan to improve their menopausal transition.

Florē is a new telehealth clinic that focuses only on perimenopause and menopause care. We're looking for experienced Nurse Practitioners with a special interest in women's health, to join our founding clinical team on a casual, contract basis.

The role

Telehealth consults for women in perimenopause and menopause, including thorough 40-minute initial consultations and regular follow-ups.

- Evidence-based assessment and management, including menopausal hormone therapy (MHT) where clinically appropriate.
- Working alongside our Clinical Lead and Team in a shared model of care.
- Fully remote. Work from anywhere in Australia.

About you

- Have a current Nurse Practitioner registration with AHPRA.
- A Medicare provider number and PBS prescriber number.
- A genuine special interest in women's health & a strong desire to improve women's lives.
- Completed, or willing to complete, CPD training in menopause care (e.g. through the Australian Menopause Society)
- Comfortable and confident consulting via telehealth
