What Your Week Will Look Like

- Carrying out regular outreach and building trust in the local community
- Building local business relationships
- Sales, Hitting KPIs and helping membership growth
- Member service calls and follow-ups
- Creating engaging content across social media (reels, TikToks, stories)
- Building a strong, positive club culture
- Keeping the club clean, skilled and inviting

- You're a natural people person who loves to connect
- Confident, outgoing and comfortable in a sales role
- Actions speak louder than words: Be able to achieve results measured via KPI’s
- You're confident in front of the camera and active on social media
- Have a passion for fitness and helping people change their lives
- Strong customer service mindset
- Reliable, punctual and professional
- Works well in a team and group settings
- Valid Australian work rights

Preferred Qualifications

- Sales experience (within the fitness industry will be highly regarded)
- Current First Aid and CPR certificate (or higher).
- Appropriate police & working with children check (or able to obtain one)
