As a Chef of Touch Wood you must have:

- A minimum of 2-3 years in a senior chef role of a busy venue.
- Demonstrated experience in high volume dining environments with the ability to manage quick-paced kitchen operations.
- Experience in breakfast/lunch, all day dining type operations.
- An inspired and creative passion for food, particularly breakfast and seafood.
- A solid understanding of the current market and food trends.
- An overall knowledge of all operations within a busy kitchen.
- A willingness to be a team player and help grow the team around you.
