Synopsis

Lead the Future of Early Years Education in Wangaratta!

Wangaratta, VIC | Permanent Full Time | $116,661 per annum + super The Rural City of Wangaratta is seeking an experienced and motivated Children's Services Centre Coordinator to lead the delivery of high-quality early years education and care services.

This key leadership role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Centre, ensuring compliance with the National Quality Framework and relevant legislation, and fostering a culture of continous improvement, collaboration, and child safety. The successful applicant will bring strong leadership, sector knowledge, financial and operational management skills, and a genuine commitment to supporting positive outcomes for children, families, and the broader community.

We’re Seeking Someone Who Brings





- Proven experience leading and managing an early childhood education and care service.
- Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework, National Regulations, and relevant legislation.
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Demonstrated financial and operational management experience.
- A commitment to child safety, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
- Excellent communisation and stakeholder engagement skills.
