Key Responsibilities

- Lead day-to-day operations across clinical trial functions, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and quality.
- Collaborate with the CEO and Board to implement strategic plans through operational execution.
- Oversee resource planning, budgeting, and performance metrics to support growth.
- Strengthen relationships with sponsors, CROs, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless trial delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement across processes, systems, and team capability.

About You:



We’re looking for a pragmatic and experienced operational leader with deep knowledge of clinical trial delivery. The ideal candidate will bring:
- Proven experience in a senior operational role within Clinical Trials.
- Solid understanding of trial logistics, regulatory compliance, and site coordination.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Financial and resource management expertise.
