About the Role

As our Maintenance Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of our maintenance plumbing services. You will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and execution of maintenance jobs, managing our team of maintenance plumbers, maintenance administrators and maintaining strong relationships with our valued clients. This role requires a strong understanding of plumbing systems, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Job Management: Oversee and review the allocation of maintenance jobs, ensuring clear communication of job details and client expectations.
- Scheduling and Dispatch:



Oversee to ensure the daily and weekly schedules for the maintenance team are being completed, optimizing travel time and job completion.
- Team Supervision: Provide daily guidance, support, and supervision to maintenance plumbers and administration staff ensuring they have the necessary information to complete their tasks effectively.
- Quality Control: Monitor the quality of work performed and ensure adherence to company standards.
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for maintenance clients, providing updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Quoting and Invoicing: Assist with the preparation of quotes for maintenance work and ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage the inventory of frequently used maintenance materials and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews with team members, providing constructive feedback and identifying areas for development.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during maintenance jobs in a timely and effective manner.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities are carried out in accordance with relevant safety regulations and company policies.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on maintenance activities, including job completion rates, client feedback, and team performance.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Qualified / Licensed Plumber
- Proven experience in a maintenance management or supervisory role within the plumbing industry.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, maintenance procedures, and relevant Australian standards.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in scheduling software and basic computer applications.
- Valid driver's license.
