I’m working with a well-established Queensland law firm looking to add an experienced Property & Commercial Lawyer to its growing team.
This is a broad, hands-on role suited to a lawyer with 5+ years’ PAE who enjoys working across both commercial transactions and property matters, with access to an established client base and strong referral network.
The work will include:
- Business purchases and sales
- Retail and commercial leasing
- Shareholder and partnership agreements
- Business structuring and commercial agreements
- Franchising
- Loan and licence agreements
- Commercial property transactions
- High-end residential and commercial conveyancing
- Off-the-plan matters
- General commercial advisory work
The firm is particularly interested in someone who can manage matters autonomously,
build strong client relationships and, over time, take on greater leadership and mentoring responsibilities within the team. You’ll be joining an established and well-resourced practice with experienced senior lawyers, robust administrative support, modern systems and genuine opportunities for career progression.
There is also flexibility for the successful lawyer to be based from either the firm’s Brisbane or Gold Coast office.
