WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
Community Worker!
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Monitor client participation and progress and maintain accurate records and reports.
· Liaise with community organisations, government bodies, welfare agencies and local businesses regarding community needs and services.
· Provide practical support and information to individuals and families experiencing social or financial difficulties.
· Assist young people and vulnerable community members to access appropriate services and resources.
· Contribute to funding submissions, program reports and other documentation required by government and funding bodies.
· Maintain confidentiality and work in accordance with relevant community services policies, procedures and legislation.
WHAT YOU NEED:
· Diploma of Community Services (or any other Diploma in a highly relevant field) is mandatory
· A minimum of 1-2 years employment experience as a Community Worker
· Excellent communication skills
Salary Expectation: $75,000 to $85,000
Full-time and permanent position.
Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
