BetaBoard is looking for a reliable, organised and customer-focused Customer Service Officer to join our Rocklea team.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with customers, keeping things organised and supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of a busy branch.

You will be an important point of contact for our customers, assisting with enquiries, quotations, orders and pickups while providing prompt and professional service. The role also supports general branch administration, showroom presentation, and operational requirements.

What you’ll be doing

- Answering incoming calls and assisting customers with enquiries

- Preparing quotations and processing customer orders

- Coordinating and preparing customer pickup orders

- Processing invoices for pickups and relevant deliveries

- Ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently

- Resolving customer enquiries professionally

- Building strong relationships with customers

- Maintaining product knowledge, including current products and promotions

- Supporting merchandising and showroom presentation

- Assisting with receiving products and materials

- Providing general office administration and branch support

- Maintaining accurate customer, quotation and order records

- Contributing to a safe,



organised and qualified workplace

About you

We are looking for someone who is approachable, reliable and takes pride in providing a high level of customer service.

You will ideally have

- Previous experience in customer service or internal sales

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Excellent organisation and time management

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- The ability to prioritise and work effectively in a busy workplace
- A professional, friendly and customer-focused approach
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Experience with SAP is advantageous but not essential
