About The Role

We are looking for a dedicated Dermal Therapist who is passionate about achieving real skin transformations to perform advanced corrective skin and body treatments.

- Deliver personalised skin treatments and help lead the day-to-day running of Sunshine Aesthetics.

- Working closely with management and the clinical team, you will help coordinate the daily client experience, maintain treatment standards and contribute ideas to develop Sunshine Aesthetics.

Key responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive skin consultations and develop personalised treatment and home-care plans
- Deliver professional skin treatments such as skin needling, RF and LED or laser/IPL and broader treatments within your qualifications, experience and the clinic's treatment offering
- Educate clients about skin health, realistic outcomes, aftercare and ongoing maintenance
- Build lasting client relationships through attentive care, consistent follow-up and appropriate rebooking
- Help coordinate appointments, treatment-room preparation, stock and daily workflows
- Maintain accurate records, infection-control standards and equipment care
- Contribute to service development, client retention and the overall presentation of the clinic
- Support clinic promotions and social media content where appropriate, with client consent

About You

- A recognised qualification in dermal therapy, dermal science or beauty therapy with relevant advanced skin training
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Skin/Dermal Therapist is essential
- Demonstrated experience in a professional skin or aesthetics clinic
- Strong understanding of skin anatomy, common skin concerns, contraindications and treatment planning
- Experience with modalities such as skin needling, chemical peels, LED or laser/IPL—highly regarded
- Excellent communication skills and a warm, qualified approach with impeccable presentation




- Punctual and organised individual with initiative and confidence working independently within a team
- An interest in clinic coordination, leadership and service development
- A commitment to ethical recommendations, client safety and high standards of care
- Previous senior therapist or clinic coordination experience would be an advantage

We are looking for a registered nurse with an eye for natural facial harmony.

- You will provide cosmetic injectable and aesthetic treatments ( Anti-wrinkle, Dermal fillers, and biostimulators) prioritsing client safety, personalised care and natural aesthetics.
- This role suits a nurse who values careful assessment, realistic expectations and patient safety throughout the treatment journey.

Key responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive cosmetic consultations, including medical history, facial assessment, treatment suitability and discussion of client goals
- Develop personalised treatment plans in collaboration with the clinic's medical practitioners
- Deliver cosmetic injectable and aesthetic treatments within your qualifications, scope of practice and clinic protocols
- Explain treatment options, expected outcomes, risks and aftercare, and obtain informed consent
- Provide appropriate follow-up and assess treatment outcomes
- Recognise and respond to adverse events, with timely escalation and referral when required
- Maintain accurate clinical records, clinical photography with consent, and high infection-control standards
- Collaborate with the Dermal Therapist and medical team to coordinate complementary skin and aesthetic care
- Contribute to treatment-room organisation,



stock management and service development

About You

- Current, unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Relevant cosmetic injecting education and demonstrated hands-on experience in cosmetic injectable treatments
- Strong knowledge of facial anatomy, patient assessment, injection safety and complication management
- Sound clinical judgement and confidence recognising when treatment is unsuitable or requires medical review
- IV cannulation competency (preferred) as we offer various vitamin infusions
- A warm, professional manner and commitment to building long-term client relationships
- Excellent communication skills and a warm, professional approach with impeccable presentation
- Punctual and organised individual with initiative and confidence working independently within a team
- A thoughtful approach to natural-looking results and ethical treatment recommendations
- Current CPR certification and a commitment to ongoing professional development
- Experience working collaboratively with dermal therapists and medical practitioners will be highly regarded
