Raising Stars Early Learning Centres is seeking passionate and dedicated Certificate III and Diploma Qualified Early Childhood Educators to join our team at our purpose-built 86-place Moss Vale service.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are currently recruiting for:

- Certificate III Qualified Early Childhood Educators
- Diploma Qualified Early Childhood Educators

Depending on your qualifications and experience, your role may include:
- Providing high-quality education and care to children in accordance with the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework.
- Building warm, respectful and meaningful relationships with children and families.
- Working collaboratively with educators and the wider service team.
- Contributing to the planning, implementation and evaluation of engaging educational programs.
- Creating welcoming, inclusive and stimulating learning environments.
- Supporting children's individual interests, strengths, development and wellbeing.
- Maintaining a strong understanding of health, safety, supervision and child protection requirements.




- Contributing to reflective practice and continuous improvement within the service.
- Supporting a positive and professional team culture.

ABOUT YOU We are looking for educators who:
- Hold a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or an ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification.
- Hold a current Working with Children Check.
- Have a genuine passion for early childhood education and care.
- Are reliable, professional and committed to providing high-quality care.
- Have strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Enjoy working collaboratively as part of a supportive team.
- Are committed to ongoing professional development and reflective practice.
- Understand the importance of creating safe, inclusive and child-focused environments.

All team members are required to:

- Prioritise children's safety and wellbeing at all times.

- Complete required child protection and child safety training.




- Hold or obtain the required Working with Children Check and National Police Check.
- Successfully complete reference and pre-employment checks.
