We are a warm and welcoming family-owned childcare centre seeking enthusiastic and reliable Permanent Full time Diploma Educators to join our team. About the Role

As a Qualified Educator, you will work alongside our permanent team to provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children. You will assist with daily routines, contribute to meaningful learning experiences, and support the overall wellbeing of the children in our care.

Key Responsibilities

- Support educators in implementing daily learning programs and activities
- Supervise and engage children in play-based learning experiences
- Assist with daily routines including meals, rest times, and transitions
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
- Work collaboratively with the team to support each child’s development

About You

- Minimum 1 year experience in a childcare or early learning setting




- Genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development
- Energetic, caring, and positive attitude
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable with flexible availability

Desirable Qualifications

- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or currently studying)
- Current Working with Children Check
- First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis training
