Assigned Guardian Angel (AGA) is seeking a reliable and compassionate Female Disability Support Worker to provide ongoing support to a participant located in Point Cook, VIC.
Shifts
- Monday: 11:00 am – 3:00 pm
- Wednesday: 11:00 am – 3:00 pm
- Thursday: 11:00 am – 3:00 pm
- 12 hours per week
- Ongoing regular shifts
About the Role You will provide person-centred support to assist the participant with their daily routine, independence and wellbeing. Duties may include:
- Assistance with daily living activities
- In-home support
- Community access and appointments
- Light household duties
- Providing companionship and meaningful engagement
- Following the participant's care plan and support requirements
- Completing progress notes after each shift
Requirements
Applicants must have
- Experience working as a Disability Support Worker
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children Check, where applicable
- Current First Aid and CPR
- Valid Australian driver's licence
- Reliable transport
- Valuable communication skills
- Reliability and commitment to ongoing shifts
