About Greenhouse Psychology:

We are a team of experienced clinical and administration professionals setting up a new employee assistance program (EAP) venture in Australia. Our clinical team is led by clinical psychologists with over 20 years of experience in private practice, hospitals, EAP and outpatient centres running large clinical networks and ensuring both patient and clinician safety and care. We are building our clinical network and hiring counsellors, psychologists and social workers to start in telehealth roles ahead of contracts due to start soon.

Our team has worked in EAP roles and our goal is to design work that values your time so you can do the therapy work you enjoy and not the admin you don't.

What You’ll Do:

- Virtual therapy sessions via telehealth

This is a telehealth role, no office travel required.

Pay rate:

- Pay rate is per 1 hr session at standard market rates for Australian EAP providers and can be provided during application.
- Pay rates take into account qualification and experience.
- Late cancellations and no shows are paid.

Requirements:

- ABN or ACN business registration number
- Qualified Registration: Registered as a Psychologist (AHPRA), Social Worker (AASW membership), or Counsellor (PACFA or ACA level 3).
- Therapy Experience: Can demonstrate a minimum of 3 years experience providing psychological interventions/therapy to clients (not assessment or intake or research only).
- Good internet connection: strong, stable internet connection that can handle video calls without dropping signal frequently.
