Our modern, purpose-built two-storey service caters for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years and provides a safe, nurturing and engaging environment where children can learn, grow and develop a lifelong love of learning.

As our centre continues to grow, we are seeking passionate and dedicated educators to join our team in the following positions:

Lead Educator Applicants must hold, or be actively working towards, a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care.

About You

We are looking for educators who are:

- Passionate about early childhood education and care
- Confident leading and supporting a team
- Reliable, caring, professional and enthusiastic
- Strong communicators who work collaboratively with others
- Committed to providing high-quality learning experiences
- Skilled at building respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues
- Motivated to contribute to a reflective and supportive team culture

Essential Requirements

- Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care, or actively working towards (Lead Positions)
- Current Blue Card
- Current HLTAID012 First Aid qualification, including CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis management
- Availability Monday to Friday between 7:00am and 6:30pm on a rotating roster
- Sound knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), National Quality Standard (NQS) and relevant legislation and regulations
