$75,164 per year + five weeks annual leave

The role of the Clubs and Sports Officer is to conduct all the administrative and operational aspects of the Clubs and Sport service for Swinburne Student Association including promotion and delivering of quality student experiences in Clubs and Sports.

The incumbent will be primarily based at the Hawthorn campus and will be a full time fixed-term contract until 31 December 2027.

About You

To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:

At least 12 months prior work experience in a relevant role within the tertiary education sector, or community sectors (or a combination a relevant working experience and relevant educational qualifications);

Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service and or implement new initiatives; and

Demonstrated experience with hands-on planning, co-ordination, logistics and delivery of small and medium scale events.

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree level qualification with relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant skills, knowledge, and experience.

The SSA is an independent student-led organisation governed by a Board of Directors that exists to champion the student voice, creating opportunities for growth, leadership and community for students at Swinburne.
