We are seeking an organised and reliable full-time Event Coordinator to join our vibrant catering team based in Woolloongabba.

As an Event Coordinator, you'll be responsible for managing events and functions from enquiry to execution planning. Working from our office, you'll coordinate client requirements, prepare event documentation, organise logistics, and liaise with kitchen and operational teams to ensure all information is accurately handed over for successful event delivery. Maintaining clear communication and exceptional attention to detail will be key to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and respond to event and function enquiries in a timely manner

- Assess client requirements and actively follow up leads to convert bookings

- Prepare customised quotes, proposals, and event packages

- Collaborate with Operations to plan event logistics and develop detailed event run sheets

- Administer contracts, invoicing, CRM records, and payment milestones

- Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure smooth event delivery

What We're Looking For

- Experience coordinating events, functions, or catering services

- Strong client communication and customer service skills

- Ability to plan event logistics, timelines, and run sheets

- Experience liaising with kitchens, FOH teams, and suppliers





- Time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple events

- Problem-solving skills and confidence managing last-minute changes

- Understanding of food service operations and event flow

- Strong organisational and administrative skills

- Familiarity with quoting, invoicing, or booking systems (CRM or similar)

- Ability to work under pressure in rapid-paced, live event environments
