Responsibilities

- Provide personal care and daily living support to NDIS participants

- Support participants in the community, at appointments and in social activities

- Transport participants in your own vehicle

- Help participants work towards their NDIS goals

- Follow care plans, Behaviour Support Plans and medication plans

- Write accurate shift notes and report incidents promptly

- Follow the NDIS Code of Conduct and company policies

Requirements

- Own reliable car with comprehensive insurance

- Full Australian driver's licence

- At least 1 year of experience in disability support

- Certificate III or IV in Disability or Individual Support

- NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working With Children Check

- Current First Aid and CPR

- NDIS Worker Orientation Module

- Australian working rights

- Good English communication skills
