Built caravans or RVs? Come and build something different.

If you've spent a few years in caravan, RV or motorhome manufacturing, you already know how to fit out a vehicle properly: framing, cladding, sealing, cabinetry, 12V and plenty of rivets. At Bella Manufacturing we use those same skills on food trucks, food trailers and shipping container conversions. Every build is custom, and no two jobs are the same.

We're looking for experienced full-time Trades Assistants to join our workshop team in Warana on the Sunshine Coast.

About the role

You'll work alongside sheetmetal workers, boilermakers and coach builders at every stage of a build, fitting out custom mobile food and promotional vehicles including food trucks, food trailers and shipping container conversions.

Key responsibilities

- Preparing, cutting, drilling and assembling materials
- Riveting, bonding and sealing panels and cladding
- Helping with fitouts: cabinetry, benches, stainless and fixtures
- Supporting 12V, plumbing and appliance installs
- Reading drawings and following build sheets accurately
- Keeping your area clean, safe and organised

About you

- At least 3–4 years' experience as a TA or in a similar trade. Caravan, RV, motorhome, coach building or trailer manufacturing is ideal.

- Confident with hand and power tools
- Able to read and follow technical drawings
- A good eye for detail and pride in a clean finish
- Reliable, safety-conscious and a team player
- Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on work
- Australian work rights are mandatory
- Welding, working at heights, forklift licence or basic 12V knowledge would be a bonus

About us Bella Manufacturing has been designing and building custom mobile food and promotional vehicles since 2010. Our clients include the Australian military, government departments, national brands and First Nations organisations. Our modern workshop in Warana has the tools and gear to do the job right. The team takes real pride in what rolls out the door.

Benefits

- 4-day week: Monday to Thursday, 5:30am to 3:30pm. That's a 3-day weekend every week.
- A permanent full-time position with a reliable, growing business
- Competitive pay based on your experience and skills
- Varied, interesting work. You won't be building the same floor plan over and over.
- A supportive team and room to develop your skills with experienced tradespeople
- A job in Warana, where you work where others holiday
